WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/ REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final. Once the payment has been submitted by the customer on this website and/or in the clinic at the physical location, we are unable to provide any payment refunds and/or credits and/or product returns.Â
Because Unique Verve Supplements are rigorously tested for authenticity, potency, and safety; and we do not resell any returned items, we are unable to accept returns, no exceptions. Thus, we do not provide any refunds nor credits.
Functional Medicine wellness programs sold on our website or in the clinic, including but not limited to 9-Day Detox Program, Anti-Candida and Anti-Parasite Program, Comprehensive Health History, VIP Functional Medicine Program are non-refundable programs. Once the payment has been submitted by the customer on this website and/or in the clinic at the physical location, the supportive materials have been emailed and supplements have been shipped, we are unable to accept any returns and provide any refunds and/or credits, no exceptions.
We do not accept any returns for other products sold on our website and/or at the clinic, including but not limited to, Vibrant Wellness Tests, Environ Skincare products, RevitaLash products, Tizo SPF as well as RiseWell. Thus, we are unable to provide any refunds and/or credits, no exceptions.Â
While we fully stand behind the quality of our products and services, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that by selecting and purchasing products, wellness programs, tests, or services on this website suites their individual needs.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
We use Standard Shipping option via USPS. Standard Shipping includes continental US only (excludes HI, AK, PR and VI). Customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping service charges (i.e. Signature Required, COD, etc.) at the vendor’s list rate. Unique Verve will make every effort to validate your shipping address and provide you with a recommended substitution.
Please be aware that if the shipping vendor finds that there are errors or the address is undeliverable, you are agreeing to cover $15 fee for address corrections and/or package rerouting.Â
Unique Verve is not responsible for lost or stolen items deemed delivered by the postal service. Once an order has shipped, Unique Verve is no longer responsible for that order.
