During this session, I will explain the chain of interconnectedness that is contributing to your inflammatory skin condition and other health problems (finally you will understand as to WHY this is happening to you), we will also determine whether further functional medicine tests or advanced protocols are necessary and, if so, which ones would be most suitable.
Following the Comprehensive Functional Acne, Rosacea Skin Assessment & Consultation, I will create a personalized wellness plan tailored to your needs as part of my VIP 3-month Functional Medicine Program. Over the course of three months, we will work to address and rectify any imbalances in areas such as hormones, inflammation, immune function, detoxification, and gut health, all of which can contribute to recurrent acne and other skin and health issues. The process involves the following steps:

Complete the required forms, including a comprehensive online intake form and a symptom questionnaire via a secure HIPAA-compliant portal called Practice Better, which I will provide – you will need to return them to me 72 hours prior to our session in order to provide me with adequate time to review and assess them.
3. Submit clear pictures of your skin (at least three images).
4. Have your consultation.
5. Enroll in the 3-month VIP program – the cost of review of any additional lab tests is included in the program.
6. Participate in a complimentary Visia Skin Analysis and receive a customized home-care routine.
7. Along with the 3-months VIP Program, I may recommend professional in-clinic facial treatments if you wish to accelerate your results topically.
