Skincare was my passion since I was a teenager. As a kid I used mix my own cremes and masks. I loved going for the facials, despite never having any skin concerns. But, I just loved the entire experience of self-care and skincare.

Although I have always been interested in intelligent, intricate design of the human body and biology, I never thought I would end up going back to school at age 37.

Functional medicine came into my life unexpectedly when I developed debilitating health problems. Back then they seemed to appear from nowhere. I was desperate for answers and solutions. My primary care doctor as well as few different specialists couldn’t explain the reasons to my health issues. All they said: “Your lab work looks fine. We can prescribe you anti-depressants.” Wow, Really?!!!

I felt defeated and frustrated. This is when I decided to take healing  into my own hands. This lead me to the path of intense learning of Functional Medicine science. After completing a rigorous 3 year advanced educational program, I became a certified Functional Medicine practitioner.

I walk the talk!

I know how it feels not to be heard! I had a plethora of symptoms: hair loss, fatigue, brain fog, insomnia, heart palpitations, hot flashes, eczema, IBS symptoms. I was able to reverse all of these imbalances. My root-causes included but were not limited to: mercury toxicity, dysbiosis, food sensitivities, severe leaky gut, hormonal imbalance (all of my sex hormones were at the rock bottom level), hypothyroidism.

I am confident that I can assist you in taking charge of your health and well-being!

It is my passion to help others and share a hope that it is possible to heal the body and feel healthy and vibrant again!

I help to identify and address the root causes of disease, rather than simply treating symptoms. My program involves a thorough analysis of the medical history, lifestyle, and environmental factors to understand the underlying imbalances that are contributing to one’s condition. This approach aims to restore the body’s natural state of balance and optimal function. Rather, than just treating the symptom.

The most gratifying success cases that still give me goosebumps include but are not limited to:

1. Having privilege of being a part of the successful outcome of a client who had previously experienced 2 miscarriages and uterine fibroids. Through a comprehensive treatment plan, we were able to achieve a healthy pregnancy and simultaneously alleviate a plethora of symptoms including tinnitus, daily diarrhea, eczema, hives, acne, allergies, bloating and apathy. The ability to play a role in such a miraculous event is truly a humbling experience.

2. Literally saving a client from a gallbladder surgery. The client had been scheduled for the procedure, but through a collaborative effort, we were able to eliminate the presence of sludge within the gallbladder, subsequently canceling the surgery. This individual also reported a significant improvement in overall well-being and successful weight loss, a significant improvement from their prior state.

3. The cessation of the progression of autoimmune thyroiditis in a patient, without the use of medication. Through a targeted treatment plan, we were able to reduce the patient’s clinically elevated Anti-Tg (thyroid antibodies) levels to within the reference range.
