Directions:
Apply Bio-Pro 50 once or twice a day. Massage into inner arms, thighs, chest or apply to inner forearm and rub arms together or use as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Bio-Pro 50 container yields approximately 70 pumps with 50mg of bio-identical progesterone USP (5%) per pump.

Pre-menopausal/peri-menopausal women: Do not use 2 days prior to the expected period through 5 days after completion of the period. Consult your physician for more information.
