(Brenna’s review, written from my Dad’s account) I did the proram after my dad saw great results from doing it himself and, even though I was seeking relief from very different symptoms, Natalie was amazing at guiding me through the program and helping me achieve my goals. While I am still continuing to benefit from the program, I look forward to future results from maintaining Natalie’s lifestyle suggestions.
Issues we targeted during the three month functional medicine program included: brain fog, sleep, bloating, mood, and hormonal stress. Her insights and ideas all drastically improved my day to day energy, mood, and overall wellness. After doing the program, I’m committed to maintaining all the dietary restrictions to keep making improvements and found that the lifestyle changes were not as daunting as they originally seemed at the beginning of the program given that the results continue to be phenomenal.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Natalie and the life-changing care I received via her functional medicine program. Prior to starting the program, I had been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and was feeling the debilitating effects of hypothyroidism even while on medication and with normal TSH. At first I was pretty skeptical when I first considered functional medicine, but from the moment I started working with Natalie, everything changed.
Her approach was holistic, compassionate, and empowering. She didn’t just treat my symptoms – she got to the root of the issues I had been battling for so long and took extra time out of her day to make sure I was educated on every single lab test, supplement, and biochemical process. Unique verve’s functional medicine program was a god send for me.
I initially started the program to manage gut issues, hypo-thyroidism, to correct the immune balance of my body and prepare for a healthy pregnancy.
